Cancellation and Refunds

At AIRFaresCLUB, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure transparency, we have designed a fair and straightforward cancellation and refund policy. We request that all customers read the following policy carefully before making any reservations.

General Rules

  • After 24 hours of booking, the majority of airline tickets, hotels, holiday packages, and service fees are non-refundable.
  • If you have purchased trip protection insurance and your travel has not yet started, it is refundable within 10 days of purchase, provided the cancellation request is made through our customer care center.
  • Only telephone cancellations are permitted. Email or web chat cancellations are not accepted.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests will only be considered if the following conditions are met:
    • You are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are ineligible for refunds or waivers).
    • We are able to obtain waivers from suppliers to process the requested cancellation and refund.

Refund Process

  • Once your cancellation request is submitted to our customer service team, you will receive an email acknowledgment with a tracking number. This does not guarantee a refund but confirms receipt of your request.
  • We will then work with suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) to determine refund eligibility based on their policies.
  • Initial booking/service fees paid to AIRFaresCLUB are non-refundable.
  • The full process may take 60–90 days from the time we receive your request until the credit reflects on your account.
  • Refunds are subject to supplier penalties and AIRFaresCLUB post-ticketing service fees (where applicable).

Important Points for Customers

  • Airline tickets and booking fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.
  • If canceled within 24 hours of booking, flight tickets can be refunded in full (only via phone).
  • A cancellation fee applies to cancellations made after 24 hours, as per airline policy.
  • In case of a no-show (failure to inform the airline at least 4 hours before departure), the entire ticket value is forfeited.
  • Name changes on flight tickets are not permitted by airlines.
  • Tickets for low-cost airlines and those booked within 7 days (168 hours) of departure are non-refundable.
  • Hotel bookings are generally non-refundable. In rare cases, hotel booking fees may be refundable depending on the supplier.
  • Refund requests must be made only via phone and will be processed based on supplier approval.

  • All reservations include a non-refundable booking fee.
  • Refunds, when approved, are subject to both airline/supplier penalties and AIRFaresCLUB service fees.
  • Used portions of tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Refund eligibility is fully dependent on supplier decisions.
  • Calling is the only valid way to request a refund.
